Chuckleheads

My name is Deb Della Piana. I’m a corporate ex-patriot who towed the company line for nearly twenty-five years before getting shafted. Now I’m contributing to the world’s big giant rant as a liberal political blogger and part-time comedian. When possible, I combine the two. That’s what I’m trying to do with Chuckleheads.

My alter ego (okay, so we have the same name) is a much more serious blogger. I’m the lead liberal political blogger for hypocrisy.com, a multi-partisan site where I’m woefully outnumbered by conservative vipers. If you are remotely liberal — even just open-minded — I’m begging you to visit hypocrisy and register. I don’t care if you can’t write. You can just comment. The point is that I need all the help I can get.

Of course, the way stories are uploaded to hypocrisy is via my own liberal political blog called Turn-Left. I’m always looking for people to contribute stories and get discussions moving, so please feel free to register and have at it. Even simple comments on others’ stories are more than welcome. When you come visit, you’ll find me and my ranting and raving liberal friend, Ivan, blogging there. It’s not Ivan’s fault. He’s a misfit resident of Texas. Doesn’t belong there. He has to deal with the likes of Rick Perry and Kay Bailey Hutchinson, and it makes him downright cranky.

The Bush Virtual Library

My latest project is the George W. Bush Virtual Presidential Library. Unlike Dubya’s brick and mortar version, this one will not rewrite history. Suddenly, Mr. Bush doesn’t want to focus on Iraq in his library. Do you know why? Because it’s a colossal failure, that’s why. But we are focusing on it in the cyber world.
